Fox Model 201 Bassoon
Like the model 101, the 201 generates a tone that lends itself to solo playing, is voiced to permit the performer an open and singing upper register. The 201 also omits the extra rollers found on the 101.
Fox Model 101 Bassoon
The Fox 101, with a tone that lends itself to solo playing, is voiced to permit the performer an open and singing upper register. It also features freedom of response, intonation, tonal quality and projection that will satisfy the requirement of the most discriminating performers.
Fox Model II Bassoon
Like the Model I, the Fox II is blessed with the very same warm and round tone with excellent balance and even intonation throughout the entire range of the instrument. The Model II does not have the additional rollers of the Model I.
Fox Model III Bassoon
The Fox III is the perfect bassoon for the player with an extensive outdoor playing schedule. With its polypropylene body, it is impervious to fluctuations in temperature and and can't be damaged by moisture.
Fox Model I Bassoon
The Fox I (Long Bore) has a very warm and round tone with with excellent balance and even intonation throughout the entire range of the instrument. Its tone quality fits well into chamber ensembles as well as orchestral second bassoon parts.
Fox Model 220 Renard Bassoon
Key of C. Black maple body. Full German system plus high D and E keys. Long bore. Linings in the wing joint and small bore of the boot joint. French bell (metal ring). Body lock. Nickel silver keys with silverplating. Ring key for wing joint third finger hole.
