Adams copper bowls are press formed to maintain even thickness throughout the kettle. Hammering increases each drum's frequency range for a clear, pure tone. Tension mechanism is mounted outside the kettle allowing maximum unobstructed tonal clarity. Easy to operate, 2-way wheel brakes keep wheels from both turning and swiveling. Pedal system is a specially designed balanced spring mechanism. Tuning gauges are standard on all professional timpani.
